Meet your new AI assistant in Vendaly

Welcome back to another Vendaly update! Version 2.13 brings AI directly into your event creation workflow. Here’s what’s new.

Auto-fill Events with AI

If you book jobs outside of Vendaly (through email, text messages, social media, or any other channel) you already know the drill: track down the details, open the “Add Manual Event” form, and type everything in by hand. That’s about to change.

Paste, Extract, Done

When adding a manual event, you’ll now see an Auto-fill with AI section at the top of the form. Expand it, paste in any unstructured information about the event (a client email, a WhatsApp message, a notes app snippet) and hit Extract Details. Our AI will read through the text and automatically populate the event form with the relevant details it finds.

Once the extraction is complete, the form pre-fills and you get a notification to review the results before saving. You stay in control! The AI does the heavy lifting, and you confirm everything looks right before creating the event.

This feature is available to all vendors on an active subscription or free trial. It’s another way we’re reducing the toil and effort of our Vendors giving them back more time in the day.
