Introducing the All-New Vendaly: Your Digital Command Centre

If you’ve been following our journey (or reading our recent guides on leasing and minimum sales policies), you know that we are obsessed with one thing: making life easier for mobile vendors.
We know that running a food truck or coffee van isn’t just about serving great product. It’s about being a marketer, a logistics manager, and an accountant all at once. That’s why we are incredibly excited to announce the launch of the updated Vendaly platform: built specifically to help you manage bookings, showcase your brand, and get back to doing what you love. We’ve been doing it for years and after lots of feedback from our community, we’ve made some big improvements.

With the new Vendaly, you get a beautiful, professional profile page that acts as your dedicated digital storefront.

- Menu Management: easily upload and update your current menu so clients know exactly what you offer.
- Credibility: A structured, clean profile tells organisers immediately that you are a professional operation.
Think of it as a mini-website that looks great on mobile and desktop, without you needing to learn a single line of code.

2. Live Availability Calendar
How many times have you received an enquiry for a date you are already booked for? It’s a waste of the organiser’s time, and it’s a waste of your time replying to tell them you’re unavailable.
The updated platform features Live Availability. You can now sync your calendar to show exactly when you are free and when you are busy.
- Stop the “Are you free?” Ping-Pong: Organisers can see your status instantly.
- Get Better Leads: Receive enquiries only for dates you can actually service.
- Block Out Dates: Going on holiday or taking a maintenance day? Block it out in one click so you aren’t disturbed.
3. Streamlined Booking Management
We’ve moved beyond just “listing” vendors. Vendaly is now a tool to manage your workflow.
Instead of hunting through text messages, emails, and sticky notes to find booking details, our new dashboard centralises everything. You can view pending requests, confirm bookings, and manage your schedule all from one dashboard. It’s designed to give you a clear view of your upcoming weeks at a glance.

Why We Built This
We noticed a gap in the market. There are plenty of directories out there, but very few tools built specifically for the unique workflow of mobile vendors. We wanted to create something that doesn’t just get you leads, but actually helps you convert those leads with less administrative headache.
